Christian Felix

Christian Felix has extensive experience as an executive leadership and development coach and program designer, in both corporate and academic environments. He has consulted with corporations around the world since 2006, including financial institutions, technology companies, and law firms, as well as colleges and universities at the graduate level.

As an associate partner at Performance of a Lifetime, Christian leads several of our global client accounts, ensuring our client engagement teams deliver exceptional results (and have fun in the process). As a member of the POAL leadership team, he is a key contributor to our ongoing work to innovate and advance our practice.

Whether working with individuals or teams of any size, Christian draws inspiration from applying the skills and tools he’s developed through the performing arts to grow the leadership capabilities of the people he works with. Building on existing strengths and identifying opportunities for growth provides clients a creative and inspiring space to stretch and develop.

Christian received a BA in English and Drama from Dartmouth College. He has also studied at NYU, Stanford University, University of Lyon and the University of London. Apart from POAL, he continues to pursue creative endeavors as an actor, voice-over artist and podcast host.

In his spare time, you can find Christian biking, cooking, or enjoying a leisurely walk through whatever nature he can find in New York City (while keeping a healthy distance from urban wildlife). He has traveled far and wide and loves to experience new cultures and learn new things, like the fact that a size L dress shirt in Singapore fits very differently than a size L in the US.
