Leadership Skill Workshops
Full day workshops and follow-on coaching that focus on one of five key leadership capabilities. Tailored for the specific context and needs of our clients, most of our workshops begin as “pilots” and are then rolled out to a specific population (your VPs, high-potentials, managers, etc.)
Tom Andrews, former president of SYPartners, speaks about his experience with our Leadership Skill Workshops in this 3-minute video.
The Leadership Skill experience is delivered as follows:
Refine your desired outcomes
We discuss your business context, leadership development needs, and expected program impact, then align on broad framing for your program.
Conduct discovery + design
We interview key stakeholders to gain insights that inform the detailed program design.
Engage + ready participants
We build interest, engagement, and ownership with custom communications that provide pre-work and frame the program’s value for participants.
Delivery (part 1) — the workshop
This can occur at your organization or off site. We pay a lot of attention to “putting up the show” and will do whatever it takes to create a seamless and worry-free experience.
We provide a series of communications to drive on-the-job experimentation with new skills and tools, and prepare participants for virtual coaching groups.
Delivery (part 2) — virtual coaching
Groups of 5 to 8 participants meet for 90 minutes via videoconference with one of the program coaches, to reinforce the learning through executive and peer coaching.
Keep the growing going
We share and discuss our observations and insights from the program. This report informs leadership on progress toward business goals, and recommended next steps.

LEADERS WHO INFLUENCE
Leaders learn to turn influencing without hierarchy into an artful, relational and creative endeavor.
LEADING WITH AGILITY
Leaders use the toolbox of play, improvisation and creative experimentation to build agile intellectual and emotional “muscles.”
LEADER AS COACH
