Drawing from his diverse experience as an actor, director, executive coach, mediator, and experiential education designer and facilitator, he provides our clients with immersive development opportunities and practical tools for growing as more effective leaders, communicators, and builders of high-performing teams.
Jeff works with Fortune 500 executives across all industries. With a passionate curiosity, he listens for both the universal and unique difficulties his clients face. He challenges them to see with fresh perspective and provides a rigorous, safe environment for experimenting with new ways of engaging. His recent client work includes leadership development programs with American Express, PwC, Coca-Cola, Rolls Royce, 3M, Twitter and the Federal Reserve Bank.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in theater from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a certified trainer in DiSC and Social Styles personality assessment tools, and his training as a family mediator, certification as a ropes course instructor, and early experience facilitating rooms full of 100 New York City teenagers has made him one of our most fearless trainers.
