Victoria Mintey is a trainer and coach with Performance of a Lifetime (POAL). She has worked as a corporate trainer/roleplayer since 2011 with clients like HSBC, Petronas, Shell, BP, Barclays, Standard Chartered, GSK, HFW, Allianz, Unilever, and Twitter. Victoria has extensive experience with programs focused on executive presence, managing external stakeholders, delivering bad news, coaching conversations, managing change, leading for innovation, and sales team performance coaching. Her work with salespeople has also focused on expanding their ability to be effective storytellers, and to build strong connections with their clients.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in natural sciences (psychology and anthropology) from the University of Durham, as well as a Master of Arts from the Mountview Academy of Theater Arts. Victoria also runs her own professional training company, called Presence and Impact Training, that helps professionals who want to become more natural in their public speaking.
Victoria founded Wag the Dog Theatre Company (2017) and performs with leading names in the arts community in Singapore and beyond including: Singapore Repertory Theatre, Pangdemonium, BBC World, Mediacorp Channel 5, Suria, and Channel News Asia.
