Matthias Anderegg

Matthias Anderegg is a trainer and facilitator for improvisation, personal presence and impact, storytelling in organizations, and negotiation. He focuses on experiential learning programs drawing from his experience as an improv performer. 

Matthias studied business administration and computer science at the University of Zurich and holds a certificate of advanced studies in mediation and conflict resolution. After his studies, he worked for ten years in the service industry (tech company, pension fund, corporate branding, and real estate). He taught at various colleges and graduate schools in Switzerland. He has facilitated and led individual and group programs in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia for managers, executives, and C-suite leaders in Fortune 500 companies in consumer goods, health care, financial services, and other sectors.

He is the co-founder of theater anundpfirsich in Zurich, the most successful improvisation company in Switzerland, where he performed, produced, and taught improvisational theatre for over a decade. Matthias has worked with renowned improvisation teachers from Munich, Berlin, Seattle, Calgary, Melbourne, and Bogota. 

Matthias is a Swiss citizen, and a native German speaker. He is also fluent in English and French, with a good command of Spanish.
