Donna Prichard is a skilled administrator and leader with 30 years of management experience in theater and the performance arts. A thorough project manager and multi-tasker, she accomplishes goals with vision, engagement, empathy, passion, and humor. She prides herself on collaborating with key stakeholders and putting puzzle pieces together to build something that advances the overarching goal. She understands the big picture and successfully works with teams and systems to put plans into motion. Untying knots to find creative and collaborative solutions comes naturally.
After graduating from the North Carolina School for the Arts with a B.F.A in design and production, Donna served in both stage management and administrative roles at The Juilliard School and the Weston Playhouse. She served for many years as Executive Director of PlayMakers Repertory Company at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
In addition to her project management work with Performance of a Lifetime, Donna coordinates special events and provides financial analysis, planning and accounting services, marketing planning, management consulting and general administration services for a range of companies and organizations, and served as the business operations manager for Theatre Consultants Collaborative and Chief Executive Officer for Performance BIM (BIM Services for Live Entertainment Venues) with her husband and business partner.
Donna is the mother of three amazing daughters and lives in Chapel Hill, NC with her husband, Jason.
