Alejandro Rodriguez is a leadership coach and communications expert who specializes in inclusive communication across diverse populations. Alejandro has led training programs on five continents, across a broad range of industries including finance, legal, real estate, media, technology, health care, and academia. 

Alejandro’s approach is performance-based and practice-oriented. His intention is always to leverage communication skills to strengthen relationships and thus build healthy, inclusive, and prosperous cultures. His style is a combination of the clarity and rigor he’s sharpened in the business world, combined with the humor, empathy, and creativity he’s developed over years in the arts and non-profit sectors. 

In his previous life as an actor, Alejandro created numerous roles in New York, including the part of Charlie Rosa in Ghetto Babylon (National Latino Playwrights Award), and Gabriel in the New York Times Critics’ Pick Bird in the Hand. He played the title role in The Acting Company’s national tour of Romeo and Juliet, and the part of Edgar opposite Billy Porter in King Lear. 

The son of two Cuban immigrants, Alejandro earned his degree from The Juilliard School where he received the Michel St. Denis Prize for Outstanding Achievement.
