She has worked on human resource development challenges as well as facilitating executive coaching with international banks, health care providers and social media companies in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong.

At one of the largest global banks, Noriko served for over a decade as deputy head of human resources, identifying top talent and helping them become executives, while establishing performance management and compensation processes.
