Amanda brings a lifetime of experience as an actor and director to her work as a facilitator and executive coach and roleplayer, using the tools and techniques of the theater to support the development of high-performing teams. She is passionate about helping people to access the best of themselves in any given situation — to “help you move from where you are now to where you may not yet know that you can go.”
Amanda has taught MiFs at London Business School on personal impact, voice, and accent, worked in partner development at Big Four professional services firms, and on building strategic relationships in aeronautics. Qualified by the Institute of Leadership Development, she is a respected and sought after private coach.
Amanda’s performing experience includes both new works and the classics. In theater and television she has worked with directors such as Anthony Minghella and Nicholas Hytner, and performed with Tom Courtney and Julie Walters.
