Priscilla Lai

Position: FACILITATOR-COACH

Priscilla Lai is a trainer, theatre director, and executive coach who has been on the Performance of a Lifetime team since 2019. She obtained her Master of Arts in applied theatre with Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Priscilla designs and leads theater and business communication workshops for senior audiences in a wide variety of corporate settings.

Priscilla obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Prior to her theatre and acting career, she has worked in property management with MTR Corporation Limited, handling front line staff at customer service and marketing research. Priscilla also worked in design services with Kan and Lau Design Consultants, one of the leading graphic studios in Hong Kong. As a consultant, she advised on cross-cultural communication and presentations for both local and overseas clients.

Recent programs include facilitation and roleplay for Peninsula Hotel, Bayern Health Care, Prudential Insurance, Friesland Campina, HSBC, and Rolls-Royce; leading the Shangri-la Corporate Training Program with Shangri-la Academy; leading communication workshops with The Hong Kong Jockey Club and for China Construction Bank Asia (for over 2,000 staff); a senior leadership offsite for Schneider Electric; and leading interview and presentation in business communication workshops for Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hang Seng Management College, and Hong Kong Design Institute.

In addition to numerous theatres in Hong Kong, Priscilla has performed across Asia and Europe. Screen credits include: Night and Fog (2008) directed by Ann Hui and various programs with Radio Television Hong Kong.
