Victoria Mintey has worked as a corporate trainer/facilitator/roleplayer since 2011, with extensive experience in helping business professionals with executive presence, managing external stakeholders, delivering bad news, coaching conversations, managing change, leading for innovation, and sales team performance. Her work with salespeople has also focused on expanding their ability to be effective storytellers and to build strong connections with their clients. She founded and runs Presence and Impact Training, a suite of programs that help professionals become more powerful in their public speaking.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in natural sciences (psychology and anthropology) from the University of Durham, as well as a Master of Arts from the Mountview Academy of Theater Arts. Victoria also founded Wag the Dog Theatre Company and performs with Singapore Repertory Theatre, Pangdemonium, BBC World, Mediacorp Channel 5, Suria and Channel News Asia.
