Jeff Flowers has two decades of experience as a coach and facilitator for Fortune 500 executives across all industries. He joined the Performance of a Lifetime team in 2006 and has deep experience as a practitioner of our proprietary approach, The Becoming Principle. He is a dynamic workshop leader and serves as one of our top designers and facilitators. Drawing from his diverse experience as an actor, director, executive coach, mediator and experiential education facilitator, he provides clients with immersive development opportunities and practical tools for growing as more effective leaders, communicators, and builders of high performing teams. With a passionate curiosity, Jeff listens for both the universal and unique difficulties his clients face. He challenges them to see in new ways and provides a rigorous, safe environment for experimenting with unfamiliar ways of engaging.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a certified trainer in DiSC and Social Styles personality assessment tools, a Ropes Course Certified instructor and a trained family mediator.
