Brenny Rabine combines over 30 years of theater experience with nearly two decades of teaching, facilitation and training, With Performance of a Lifetime, she has been instrumental in the design and delivery of programs in the areas of networking, challenging conversations, negotiation, and management skills.
Brenny is a member of the Dramatists Guild, Inc., a teaching artist for Adirondack Theatre Festival, and guest lecturer at several colleges. She developed the curriculum for the New Visions Theatre Arts program in upstate New York. As an improviser, Brenny is a performing member of the Mop & Bucket Improv Theatre Co. As a playwright, her work includes the NYSCA grant winner Catching Babies and holiday favorite Santa’s List. Her acting roles include Rita in Educating Rita, Susie in Wait Until Dark, Maggie Saunders in Lend Me a Tenor, and Lucia Pechenik in A Shayna Maidel. Brenny’s essays have been published in Saratoga County Living, The Sun and Journal for Living. Her 1998 article in English Journal shares her experience in collaborative teaching of Magazines for Change, a multi-age, student-centered publishing project she developed.
