Andrew Fallaize is a facilitator, coach, actor, and voiceover artist who began his career in investment banking as a telecoms equity analyst for NatWest Markets and Deutsche Bank. His shift into theater came after receiving a diploma in management sciences at Cambridge’s Judge Business School and he enrolled in Drama Studio London, where he completed a postgraduate course in acting. Since 2005, Andrew has applied both his corporate and his theatrical expertise to the field of learning and development, working as a leading trainer worldwide on a diverse range of programs that have spanned the corporate and public sectors — ranging from facilitation and role-playing to individual and group coaching.

Andrew has appeared with the National Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company and Sheffield Crucible. He frequently acts in plays and readings on BBC radio. He is an amateur perfumier, an obsessive tea drinker, and a fiend for stationery and office supplies. For his 10th birthday he requested and received a manual pencil sharpener — one of those big winding handle things — that he still uses to this day.
